Return & Exchange Policy

At Zmrea, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with tags and seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products bought on sale or discount (unless faulty or damaged).

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Note: If the item is no longer in stock, you will be offered a replacement item of equal value or store credit.

Return Process

  1. Email us at zmreaofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

  2. Wait for our approval and instructions before sending any item back.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in our reply. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or was defective.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    1. Recheck your bank account.

    2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
